Description de l'emploi :

 

As Regional Workplace and Facilities Senior Manager for South Europe, France & EMEA, you will play a key role in implementing Workplace and Facilities strategies that place the employee experience at the heart of decision-making. Your mission will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, contribute to creating inspiring and sustainable work environments, and lead smaller projects to evolve and enhance existing sites through effective project management.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Management of the Paris Hub: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and coordinate suppliers to deliver optimal service.

  • Regional Site Management: Ensure consistency and quality in Workplace and Facilities service delivery across all regional sites.

  • Contract Management: Oversee supplier contracts, ensure expectations are met, and guarantee compliance.

  • Workplace & Facilities Strategy: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop work environments aligned with Ipsen’s global objective, culture and values.

  • Change Implementation: Lead policies and new ways of working in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Health, Safety, and Sustainability: Ensure environmental, health, and safety standards are met and optimized.

 

Your Profile

 Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years in workplace management, facilities management, or the hospitality sector.

 Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to develop customer-focused Workplace and FM strategies.

Budget Management: Experience in reporting, forecasting, and optimizing Facilities budgets.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing teams, with a commitment to developing and motivating your colleagues.

Change Management: Expertise in driving and managing organizational and workplace changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.

 Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively and appropriately.

Languages: Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
